On View Now at Grounds For Sculpture http://www.groundsforsculpture.org New Jersey/New York based artist Robert Lobe has been selected to exhibit a collection of his textured and patinated aluminum wall reliefs, made by hammering sheets of aluminum over natural forms in a technique similar to the tradition of repoussé.

James Kalm slips into SoHo to catch a peak of the new West Broadway Gallery, and bring viewers along for this prestigious debut. Establishing this exhibition venue in his legendary loft space, in the heart of SoHo, Jenney pairs his own framed and painted works with those of sculptor Robert Lobe.

James Kalm has been a fan of Neal Jenney for decades. Due to heavy downpours, he parked his bike and trained it to the Upper East Side for this opening. Coming to prominence with his inclusion in Marcia Tucker's groundbreaking New Museum exhibition "Bad Painting" in 1978, Jenney has clung to his enigmatic uniqueness and independence eschewing greater recognition and commercial success.
